LaVone Arthur

Arthur is responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer and the executive team at Baylor Scott & White Health with developing, communicating, executing and sustaining enterprise strategic initiatives.  She is also responsible for Marketing and Communications, Integration, and Partnership Management.

Ms. Arthur has spent more than 30 years at Baylor Scott & White, which has grown into a 48-hospital health system that includes 29 AWSCs and 153 satellite outpatient facilities. Before becoming chief strategy officer for the organization in November 2017, she served as chief integration officer, where she utilized her management engineering and finance skills to shape the Baylor Scott & White's integrated strategy and partner relationships. During this time, Ms. Arthur oversaw integration activities of the merger between Baylor Health Care System and Scott & White Healthcare in 2013.
