Michael Dwyer

Dwyer is responsible for aligning PeaceHealth's mission and values with the vision and strategies necessary to continue to transform the organization from an acute-focused health system to a clinically-integrated network of care. In collaboration with other senior and operational leaders, Dwyer develops the architecture and strategies necessary to ensure a seamless patient experience through technology, systems, and processes designed to manage care for specific populations in a risk-based payment environment. He spearheads new business opportunities and strategic alliances, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable and underserved, collaborating with PeaceHealth leadership and community partners to identify gaps in care and unmet needs.
