Susan Dell’Osso


Chief Innovation Officer

Susan Dell’Osso is Managing Director and Chief Innovation Officer of INTEGRIS. She is responsible for identifying and developing new service offerings for INTEGRIS and providing oversight of Marketing, Communications and Patient Experience for the system. 

Prior to joining INTEGRIS, she was an innovation consultant for Baylor Scott & White Health. She was a partner at gravitytank, where she helped clients develop new product and service solutions. She also spent several years with Pepsico as a Brand Manager for Frito-Lay.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from The McCombs School of Business at University of Texas. She previously co-taught Design Thinking courses for Northwestern University’s Kellogg and McCormick School MMM Program and currently serves as a mentor for Stanley Hupfeld Academy.
